Pete Davidson ripped Chrissy Teigen on the most recent episode of "Saturday Night Live."

The comic took aim at Teigen days after it emerged that she had bullied Courtney Stodden online, reportedly sending messages saying things like "I can't wait for you to die."

Since then there have been calls to cancel Teigen, with Macy's pulling her cookware line and Bloomingdale’s rejecting a deal with the star. In response, Davidson could not resist joking about the situation during his appearance on "SNL."

"If there’s one good thing about the pandemic, besides getting Chrissy Teigen out of our lives — I’m relieved — it’s that I was actually excited we had to wear masks," he quipped.

Davidson's jab comes after Teigen apologized to Stodden, who identifies as nonbinary and goes by the they/them pronouns, for her past behavior.

"Not a lot of people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their past bulls**t in front of the entire world. I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be. I was an insecure, attention seeking troll," she wrote in a series of tweets. "I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel. I have worked so hard to give you guys joy and be beloved and the feeling of letting you down is nearly unbearable, truly. These were not my only mistakes and surely won’t be my last as hard as I try but god I will try!!"

Teigen then addressed Stodden directly.

"I’m so sorry, Courtney. I hope you can heal now knowing how deeply sorry I am," she wrote.

Teigen stated that she had privately reached out to Stodden, who denied her claims on social media.

"In fact, she blocked me on Twitter," Stodden wrote in an Instagram post that included a screenshot of the message on Twitter that they had been blocked by Teigen. "All of me wants to believe this is a sincere apology, but it feels like a public attempt to save her partnerships with Target and other brands who are realizing her 'wokeness' is a broken record."

Then, last week, Bloomingdale’s decided not to go ahead with hosting Teigen at a promotional event at the store, Page Six noted. According to the report, Teigen and the retailer were hours away from inking the deal but Bloomingdale’s pulled the plug.

"They pretty much had it together … but had to cancel it," an insider of the department store told the outlet.
