Prince’s “wife” wants a piece of the late singer’s estate, but it’s not clear if she was actually married to the pop icon.

The woman, who’s claiming to have married Prince prior to his death, wants full control over the multimillion-dollar estate, which is currently being monitored by Prince’s “sole heir,” Bremer Trust, according to the New York Daily News.

Prince, 57, died of an accidental prescription drug overdose back in April while at his Paisley Park estate in Minnesota, which is worth an estimated $150 million.

Claire Elisabeth Elliott, 50, filed a request for control of the property on Nov. 24. The filing comes just months after she filed court documents in July with the Minnesota District Court claiming to have gotten secretly married to the legendary artist by a rabbi in Las Vegas back in 2002, according to Metro.

Despite Elliot’s claim that she has a marriage certificate proving the alleged marriage, TMZ reported that neither her July nor November court filings include a certificate.

In her July affidavit, Elliot says Prince named her as his “sole heir” in a “secret will” wrote by the rabbi who married them, Metro noted.

The affidavit even states that Elliot co-wrote Prince’s hit record, “I Would Die 4 U” in 1974, Metro noted.

“Because the CIA and other agencies consider both documents to be Top Secret, Ross cannot publicly release either document without being properly served a subpoena,” the document reads.

The judge has yet to approve Elliot’s latest filing, and she’ll need that marriage certificate to be released before her proposal can be signed off on, according to Metro.
