Rush: Liberals Outraged by 'Sellout' Obamas' Lavish Lifestyle

Liberals are outraged by the lavish lifestyle that the “sellout” Obamas have lived since leaving the White House in January, said conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, noting that the former president and first lady both left as multi-millionaires.

Barack Obama and his family haven’t walked the White House lawn in months, but they have remained firmly in the spotlight – not for political reasons but for their cushy post-presidential life.

Many have watched as the Obamas have enjoyed what appears to be “never-ending exotic vacations,” said Rush on his “The Rush Limbaugh Show.”

According to the talk radio host, many liberals are beginning to view Obama as a sellout – a new persona enjoying vacations with billionaires like American business magnate David Geffen and investor Richard Branson.

They’re also aware of the paid speeches he’s been making to bankers when he’s not at play.

Limbaugh described Obama as a “blank canvas” when he became president in 2008, but now he’s a Democrat no different from the Clintons: “craving cash, craving money, craving status that derives from wealth.”

Instead of his lavish lifestyle, Limbaugh argues that Obama should be back doing what he spent so much time doing prior to his presidency: “community organizing.”

“He should be helping the downtrodden, the poor, the starving, the thirsty, the hungry and all this,” argued Limbaugh. “And it’s clear he’s not wanting anything to do with those people, and he doesn’t even want much to do with the United States. He doesn’t hang around here.”

According to Fox News, since completing his second term as president, Obama’s luxurious getaways have included the late actor Marlon Brando’s private island, Branson’s Necker Island, and Geffen’s private yacht, to name a few.

“These are some of the most luxurious travel destinations in the world. Many of our clients spend tens of thousands of dollars or more to stay at these resorts, which cater to the most discriminating and demanding guests,” said travel expert Kendra Thornton. “For example, Necker Island has a nightly price tag of $80,000.”
