"Grey's Anatomy" actors have been saying their goodbyes to Sandra Oh this week, as one of the original cast members, Sandra Oh, who plays Dr. Cristina Yang, leaves the long-running ABC series.
Oh, who has been a major character on the show since it premiered in 2005, announced in August that she would be leaving the show to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry.

"Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes is allowing Oh's character to go out with a bang, as the sneak peek clip for Thursday's "Change of Heart" episode shows. Yang is left with the decision of which child will get a new heart and which will die after their parents refuse to make a choice.
"Come on, this is a Shonda Rhimes show, so if you thought Cristina's exit would be a smooth one, well then, you must be new,"
E! News' Tierney Bricker said of Thursday's episode. "In Thursday's all-new episode of 'Grey's' . . . Cristina faces her most difficult decision ever."
Upon Oh's departure, "Grey's" will feature the return of Isaiah Washington, whose character Dr. Preston Burke left Cristina at the altar in season three.
"When Sandra walks out of my door, 'Grey's Anatomy' will be once again be forever changed," Rhimes said, according to E! News. "[Washington] gives her story that full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang."
Oh tweeted photos of her final days on the "Grey's Anatomy" set.
Oh also tweeted a photo of her and fellow "Grey's" actor Kevin McKidd, who played her recent love interest Dr. Owen Hunt in the series.
Ellen Pompeo shared an Instagram photo of her and Oh on Wednesday as shooting concluded.
