U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer was caught getting down at a New York City park to a Diana Ross song Saturday, and it became a hit on social media Saturday.
The Hill newspaper reported that Schumer was dancing to Ross's "I'm Coming Out," during a "hat party" at Brooklyn's Prospect Park, near his neighborhood.
Schumer, the Senate Minority Leader, also posted a Twitter message from the party.
The HuffPost said that Schumer, 66, hung around New York to appear on the Sunday morning news talk shows to talk about the Republican healthcare bill.
Some on social media were complimentary of Schumer, who has served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1980 to 1998 before he was elected to the Senate.
Others were not.
