Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott's reported eviction notice was nothing more than a "clerical error," according to her reps.
The former "90210" star and mother of four reportedly received an eviction notice this week at her Los Angeles, Calif., home, one week after she relocated to a larger residence elsewhere in California.

According to the eviction notice published on TMZ.com, the landlord sought $7,750 in "unpaid, delinquent rent" owed by Spelling and McDermott on the home.
On Monday, a Spelling rep disputed that the actress and her family had been evicted.
"Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house,"
Spelling's rep told E! News. "All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn."
TMZ noted that Spelling and McDermott have apparently moved on to a larger, more expensive residence in Los Angeles. Spelling is the daughter of the late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling, who, at the time of his death in 2006, died with a net worth of $600 million,
according to CelebrityNetWorth.com.
The potentially embarrassing eviction came just weeks after
rumors of McDermott's infidelity threatened the couple's future.
Spelling largely ignored the rumors in public. H
owever, a source close to the actress told Radar Online that she is angry and letting McDermott know it at home.
"Tori is obsessed with having a picture perfect family, and thinks it’s a big part of her image. Commenting or addressing the cheating would taint that image," the source told Radar. "Things are very tense in the house right now, and Tori is making Dean’s life hell. Even though she is trying not to fight in front of the kids, it’s impossible. She has been crying and screaming at Dean, and saying he has ruined everything, including Christmas."
Spelling and McDermott have been married for seven years.
