The team USA uniforms for the Sochi Olympics opening ceremonies were revealed on the "Today" show Thursday, and they’re getting a thumbs down across the Internet.
The uniforms, designed by Ralph Lauren, feature white pants and a red, white, and blue cardigan with a variety of designs on it, including the Olympic rings and lots of flags and white stars.

The Washington Post held back nothing in its blog post: “Even America’s finest physical specimens may have a tough time making these look good. The wool, from Oregon, was spun in Pennsylvania and North Carolina and knit
by your grandma in California, USA Today reports.”
The fact that the uniforms were made in the United States is important because Lauren was criticized for previous uniform designs that used materials made in China.
