A Walmart shopper who head-butted an employee will soon be arrested and charged with assault just days after a video of the fight became a hit on YouTube.
"I hope I broke her nose," a remorseless Jessica Albitz
told Texas news station KPRC on Tuesday. "I hope she has two black eyes, and I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life."
At the time of her interview, Albitz said she'd received no charges related to the fight, but did get banned from the Deer Park store for life.
On Wednesday, the day after her interview,
USA Today reported that the other woman in the fight, Alice Keener, is now pressing charges, and had provided her medical records to the police. The police said that they plan to soon issue an arrest warrant for Albitz.
Albitz said she met Keener recently when she and her husband visited a Jackson Hewitt branch located inside the Walmart.
"She was very rude to us," said Albitz. "And she came in in a bad mood, and so she took it out on us."
The next day, Albitz visited Walmart again to do some shopping. She claimed Keener mumbled a profanity in her direction as she was leaving.
"I turned around and said something back, and she got out her cubicle and chased me to the entrance," she said.
A shouting match ensued, and a bystander pulled out their camera.
"Take your poor a** out this store. Your momma is a b****," Keener can be heard saying in the video.
Soon enough, Jessica Albitz head butts her right in the kisser, and the argument explodes into a full-blown brawl.
Keener has not spoken to the press following the incident. It remains unclear if her job is in jeopardy because of the fight.
