Talk show host Wendy Williams stirred outrage after mocking the death of a murdered woman, Dr. Amie Harwick, the ex-fiancé of "The Price is Right" host Drew Carey.

Williams brought the news up on her talk show Monday.

"Drew Carey's ex-fiancé was tragically murdered over the weekend," the host said, elaborating on how Harwick was found on the ground beneath a third-story balcony and explaining that a different ex-boyfriend was arrested as a suspect, as reported by CNN

"She was killed, not by Drew, but by the ex," Williams continued before mockingly usingm "The Price is Right" catchphrase "come on down." It was not long before the backlash ensued from her shocking contents.

"She was pushed. It was a domestic violence incident. Wendy Williams is mocking femicide. She needs to be fired ASAP," one Twitter user wrote.

"She is sick... who does she think she is?," another user said.

"Tone deaf narcissist.  Unbelievably mean spirited and thoughtless for her many cruel comments. Maybe some sort of chemical imbalance?  Why do people still watch her or make her relevant in any way?" tweeted a user.

Williams' controversial remarks come days after she apologized to the LGBTQ community for more insensitive comments, telling men to "stop wearing our skirts and our heels" in a segment of her show last week, Page Six reported.

"I’m 55 years old and maybe I sounded like your auntie, your mother, your big sister or somebody out of touch," Williams said in her apology.

"I’m not out of touch except for perhaps yesterday by saying what I said. I deeply apologize and I deeply appreciate the support that I get from the community. I will do better."
