Media commentator Bernard Goldberg has a few words for comedian Jerry Seinfeld, who
has recently complained that people in his audiences are becoming too politically correct.
"Really, Jerry?" Goldberg said Thursday on Fox News Channel's
"The O'Reilly Factor."
"You just discovered that the politically correct culture, to use your word, is creepy? Welcome to our world."
Conservatives have long been called sexist and racist, Goldberg said, "simply because liberals don't agree with us."
Seinfeld first made the complaint to ESPN radio's Colin Cowherd, and said this week on "Late Night with Seth Myers" that he found PC reactions to his jokes "creepy."
Goldberg offered Seinfeld some advice: "Next time you are on a radio or television show to bemoan the politically correct creepy culture, why don't you say that liberals created that creepy culture, that too many liberals have become authoritarian and too many liberals forgot how to be liberal?"
