Country music radio host Bobby Estell, known professionally as Bobby Bones, has given the trademark for the phrase "Make America Great Again" to GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump after Trump's organization made a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Estell tweeted a photo of the check on Thursday.

Estell obtained the copyright in August after Trump began using the phrase as part of his campaign. The radio host said he would release the copyright to Trump if he would make a $100,000 donation to the hospital.

The amount on the check was deleted in the photo, and Estell said he wasn't allowed to say how much it was for.
