New York state will likely see the coronavirus outbreak follow the "same trajectory" it did in China, South Korea, and Italy, "because of the way it is actually contagious," says Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
“What makes you think that the virus in China, the virus in South Korea, the virus in Italy wasn’t going to react any differently than the virus here?” Cuomo said in a press conference Thursday, as he enacted a statewide ban on gatherings of 500 or more people in an attempt to contain the fast-moving coronavirus outbreak, reports CNBC.
