Dennis Rodman wants President Donald Trump to make America safe for minorities.
Rodman retweeted Trump’s popular phrase “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” with his own version of the slogan, “MAKE AMERICA SAFE FOR MINORITIES.”
Rodman’s Thursday morning request comes amid days of unrest as people protest the death of George Floyd, a black man who was killed by a white police officer in Minneapolis.
The five-time NBA champion also has called out protesters, who are looting and stealing, in an Instagram video. He asked people to stop rioting and "all come together as one."
"I think someone needs to come out and say, 'Hey, guys, Why are we looting? Why are we stealing? Why are we creating more issues, more problems?'" Rodman said in his video. "This is a bad, bad situation. But the fact that you're gonna protest, protest in the right way. You don't have to go and burn down things, steal things, burn things and stuff like that."
