NBA star LeBron James blasted Donald Trump's 2005 sex comments dubbed "locker room talk" by the Republican presidential nominee, with the Cleveland Cavalier simply calling the words "trash talk."
Hayden Grove of Cleveland.com posted a Twitter video of James' comments Wednesday.
"What is locker room talk to me? It's not what that guy said. We don't disrespect women in no shape or fashion in our lockers rooms," James said of Trump's comments, which included talk of trying to kiss, grope, and have sex with women who were not his wife.
"That never comes up. I got a mother-in-law, a wife, a mom, a daughter. Those conversations just don't go on in our locker room."
James said the types of conversations that happen in the Cavaliers' locker room are about sports highlights, family, and game strategy.
"What that guy was saying, that's not — I don't know what that is. That's trash talk."
James, who recently signed a three-year deal worth $100 million with the Cavaliers, supports Democrat Hillary Clinton for president. He announced his support of the former first lady in an op-ed published earlier this month.
