Hannity talked to Earline Davis on his radio show Monday and confirmed she had been hired for a new job at a similar salary as her $26,000-a-year Obamacare hotline job. And the new job has better benefits.

Hannity replayed the call Monday night on his Fox News Channel show, "Hannity."

Hannity said he felt bad about causing Davis' firing and had already given her $26,000 and set up an email account so his listeners could send in job offers. He didn't say on television whether Davis' new job came through that method.

"I'm excited," Davis told Hannity. "I get vacation time, bonuses." She also has a retirement plan. She said she will use the $26,000 Hannity gave her to help send her two children to college.
