Republicans are taking the push to hold Georgia's two Senate seats nationally with the Georgia Battleground Fund (GBF), which features 50 state chairs and co-chairs, Fox News reported.

Incumbents Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga., and Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., fell short of the 50% voter threshold in the Nov. 3 election, forcing a pair of runoffs against Democrats Jon Ossoff and the Rev. Raphael Warnock.

"Two Georgia Senate seats are all that stand between total Democrat control in Washington," according to Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind., the outgoing National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) chair leading the 50-state effort in Georgia.

"Republicans will not let that happen on our watch and I'm proud of the team we've built to ensure Sens. Perdue and Loeffler have all the financial resources they need to be successful in January. We're committed to holding the line for the Senate majority once more this cycle."

With Republicans already in control of 50 Senate seats for at least the next two years, the GOP needs to win just one of those two Georgia Senate seats to hold a slim majority. If Democrats win both and force the 50-50 split, the vice president would cast a 101st vote to break a tie in the Senate.

Republican strategist Karl Rove is leading the fundraising for the GBF, which is being run under the NRSC.

"America's fate rests on the outcome of these Georgia races," Rove said, per Fox News.

"Democrats have not been shy about what they'll do if Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi run Congress, so it's imperative every freedom-loving American go all in for Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler so they're victorious."

House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and defeated Michigan GOP Senate candidate John James are the honorary co-chairs, while the following Republicans signed onto the GBF, per Fox News:

  • Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.
  • Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
  • Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour.
  • Former Vice President Dan Quayle.
  • Former Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell.
  • Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey.
  • Former Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz.
  • Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan.
  • Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio.
  • Former Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H.
  • Former Rep. Steve Pearce, R-N.M.
