President Donald Trump ripped the NBA for taking a stance against racial injustice and police brutality.

“People are tired of watching the highly political @NBA,” Trump tweeted Tuesday. “Basketball ratings are WAY down, and they won’t be coming back.”

He also cautioned the NFL and MLB to pay attention.

“I hope football and baseball are watching and learning because the same thing will be happening to them,” he warned in his post. “Stand tall for our Country and our Flag!!!”

Last week, the NBA refused to play their scheduled playoff games in protest of the police-involved shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The decision caused several other sporting leagues to call off their scheduled games. Ultimately, the NBA resumed play.

Trump wrote his message hours before he is set to visit Kenosha, where Blake was allegedly shot by police about seven times. Protests calling for police reform and racial justice have erupted in the city following the incident.
