A common trait shared by most hard-working Americans is that they eschew politics, leaving that blood sport to what most perceive as a slimy class of corrupt swindlers and power addicts.
Skeptics need only to check the approval polling.
Until now.
The global elite’s years-long, "boiling frog" strategy to control citizens is bubbling over.
The belief is that if a frog is tossed into boiling water, it will hop away because it's definitely feeling some heat.
The "frogs" are starting to notice in greater numbers.
There’s nothing like watching your life savings vaporizing, unjustified taxation of everything, dubious elections, medical fascism, censorship, sexualization and exploitation of our children, federally sponsored illegal immigration, destruction of workers’ rights, and endless wars to get your attention.
Twitter CEO Elon Musk is exposing the unholy troika between the mainstream media, social media, and government.
The first release appears to be a small light in a vast sea of lies.
The misinformation on just about everything is an intentionally induced "fog" of war, so the masses are kept off balance and ill-informed through distraction, projection, and censorship.
With trust in media and government plunging to historic lows, Elon’s "Twitter Files" are melting down Twitter servers.
The curious masses are clicking in by the millions to read the truth about the real threats to democracy and our republic. Even the ardent Kool-Aid gulpers of mainstream propaganda factories are having trouble averting attention from the sunlight Elon is letting in.
Question for White House staff: Is this the "hate speech" you warned us about?
Now that the fog is lifting, will the blindingly obvious encourage investigative journalism to come back into fashion; you know, where the facts are followed no matter where they lead?
We have been schooled by those who purchase ink by the barrel that every story has a good guy, a bad guy, and a conclusion. "Trust us, no need for you to look any further."
Attention pay-per-view executives — this would make a great television series.
What about bad guys vs. bad guys with We the People in the middle and no conclusion yet? Elon is providing incontrovertible evidence that we had better be questioning everything.
Nothing is as it seems. It is time to peel back the layers of every onion within 100 miles of Washington, New York, and Silicon Valley.
Has Elon proved that the Orwellian prophesy and "newspeak" of today are actively holding us down in this fog? A scant few examples where, hopefully, clarity will seep out are the 2020/2022 elections, the Jan. 6 Capitol protests and election interference by a variety of origins.
Jack Dorsey didn’t know anything.
Really?
If this writer were the investigating committee chair, Mr. Dorsey would be his first witness.
The 24-hour, light speed news cycle works against the people, especially if they are censoring and spackling over critical information. Let’s call this a "fog generator."
In a world with little follow-up and a cherry-picking of what is reported, there is little for the people to go on if they don’t relentlessly research on their own.
Most don’t have that kind of time, given the gaps they must bridge in their inflation-riddled budgets and a new tax tyranny where the unelected will scrutinize every transaction over $599.99.
The people’s pain here and globally has the masses flocking to Elon’s revelations.
They come to Twitter out of an innate sense that things are horribly wrong and we are being lied to. The list is infinite, but could include these:
Why is there a war in Ukraine?
What are our billions being spent on?
Did the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) really relax zero COVID tolerance rules to accommodate protesters?
Why isn’t Sam Bankman-Fried arrested?
Who is on the Epstein "Johns" list?
Why is the Federal Reserve allowed to take our money?
Why is there no accountability at the Pentagon?
In the past, average citizens moved past these issues, keeping as far away from the governing swamps of the world as possible. Now, we can all clearly see for ourselves an unelected guy named Klaus Schwab telling us that China is the model system for us to adopt while Xi Jinping conducts Tiananmen Square 2.0 behind closed doors as protesters are beaten and "disappear."
Who knows whether Mr. Musk will be a true man of the people or just another billionaire with designs on our liberty. For now, we can take solace that he has pulled back a small but meaningful part of Twitter's censorship curtain.
Now that he has, we can see what the so-called "good guys" will do.
Will there be senate and congressional hearings that lead to accountability?
Will the Department of Justice shelve its political campaign and answer the call of the U.S. Constitution, going after the corrupt?
The fog of this war against our shadowy overlords is lifting.
While we can thank Mr. Musk and New Twitter, the responsibility to right the ship remains with all of us.
Perhaps Elon’s leadership and the absolute courage demonstrated by the Chinese people will be our tipping points.
