Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey tweets on a lot of topics from volunteerism to state and national issues. The outspoken governor would certainly make a 2016 presidential campaign entertaining.

Christie took some heat because of his seeming affection for Obama following Hurricane Sandy, which struck the Jersey Shore during the 2012 campaign.

He has since praised the restoration efforts of workers and the help from friends in Canada in his tweets. He used his visit to Calgary to emphasize the importance of U.S.-Canadian relations.









While meeting with Alberta Premier Jim Prentice, he emphasized his support for the Keystone XL pipeline, which could come up in a Chris Christie 2016 presidential run.

The governor has used Twitter to update residents on safety issues, such as the Thanksgiving storm, in which he called for a state emergency. He even took the time to pass on a joke about the storm’s name.





He likes to encourage volunteerism and support for bringing troubled Atlantic City back to life.





Christie tweets on the amazing recovery the state has made from damage due to Hurricane Sandy. It might have caused GOP problems in 2012, but could become a signature for a Chris Christie 2016 campaign.
