Everyone knows the Girl Scouts and the extremely popular cookies they sell. What people may not know is that the Girl Scouts have been around since 1912,
and their mission, is to build “girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.”
Recently, this mission has wavered in the eyes of many conservative Christians.
As reported by The Christian Post: “The steady decline in youth and adult participation in Girl Scouts is at least in part attributed to sex education decisions made by Girl Scout national leaders … Girl Scout policy on sexual morality, which focuses on self-discovery and protection rather than abstention, proves the main cause.”
