1. Angelina Jolie, A-list actress and director, says she has no issues with keeping a gun in her home. One of her quotes, popular with mothers, appears often in online memes and T-shirts: "If anybody comes into my home and tries to hurt my kids, I’ve no problem shooting them,"
she told the Daily Mail in 2008.
2. It may be surprising to know that outspoken Democrat Whoopi Goldberg is a card-carrying member of the National Rifle Association. People in both political parties sometimes mistakenly think that gun ownership and shooting sports are only employed by conservatives, but it isn’t true. Gun ownership isn’t defined by political ideology, as American citizens in both parties recognize the importance of their second amendment rights.
3. Dolly Parton, who starred in the hit movies "9 to 5" and "Steel Magnolias," is also a gun owner. The 69-year-old Tennessee resident had
this to say to the Daily Mail in 2014, "If anyone walked in on me I would probably shoot them."

4. Movie and television star Katherine Heigl tweeted in January 2015 that she was heading to the gun range to practice for her show "State of Affairs." While it's unknown if she has guns at home, fans praised her for being responsible about firearm safety.
5. Though best known as a country music star, Miranda Lambert is rumored to be working on an upcoming movie. Lambert, who grew up in Texas, has been very outspoken on how she feels about guns, and even had a music tour called "Locked & Loaded."
Lambert told The Boot in 2013, "I have two guns tattooed on my arm, that’s all I need to say."
