Maria Divine Mercy: Is She Real? Controversy Rages on Twitter

By    |   Wednesday, 29 October 2014 08:57 PM EDT

Maria Divine Mercy, a pretty, blond, and smiling woman is gaining Facebook followers by the thousands but is outed and called “False Prophet” on Twitter. Both are part of the phenomenon of Maria Divine Mercy and the messages she has been sending out to the world since 2010. She claims they are directly from God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Virgin Mary. Others say the Irish woman is promoting schism in the Catholic church and condemn her as a heretic. Rome has been officially silent on the subject, but Catholic leaders including bishops and archbishops have warned their flocks to beware of her false messages.

ALERT: When Do You Think Christ Is Returning? Vote Now

Perhaps the controversy is why it's not easy to find news from Maria Divine Mercy on Twitter, but her messages are there:

If you look for #mariadivinemercy on Twitter you will find those who condemn her:

VOTE NOW: Is Christ Returning?

Perhaps these condemnations are the reason there is no @mariadivinemercy on Twitter. But the messages are still there and very active. They can be found under @jesustomankind and @epiphany3012.

But even there the messages are outed as fake:

Recently, under @epiphany3012, the message is getting pushed out to the Twitter accounts of famous folks like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga and news sites the like BBC and NBC News.

All of the @jesustomankind and @epiphany3012 tweets link to the TheWarningSecondComing.com, which is the source for Maria Divine Mercy’s messages.
