Natural supplements for digestion can be used for indigestion symptoms like loss of appetite, belching, flatulence and nausea.

Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which is one of the best enzyme supplements for digestion. It is beneficial for aiding digestion, relieving heartburn, and for inflammatory bowel disease. Out of many enzyme supplements for digestion, this is the most efficient for treating digestive problems. Enzyme supplements for digestion act as catalysts that speed up chemical reactions in the digestive system.

Whole grain cereals, wheat bread, and brown rice are common natural supplements for digestion that prevent constipation.

One of the commonly used vitamin supplements for digestion is Emblica officinalis (Indian gooseberry), rich in vitamin C. It helps reduce acidity and improves immunity.

Raw Garlic (Allium sativum) re-establishes the natural population of beneficial bacteria in the gut and may cure indigestion.
