Iran Says It Always Consults Russia Over 'Nuclear Issues'

Iran has always consulted Russia over its nuclear issues, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said on Thursday on a visit to Moscow, ahead of weekend talks between Tehran and Washington over Iran's disputed nuclear program.
