Kremlin: Security Guarantees for Ukraine, Russia Key to Peace Deal

The Kremlin said Monday the issue of security guarantees for both Russia and Ukraine would be an integral part of any possible settlement between the warring sides.

President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly flagged his readiness for contacts with all countries, including the United States, on securing an end to the conflict, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters during a briefing.
