Kyiv: Russian Attempts to Link Istanbul Meeting to 2022 Negotiations Will Fail

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's chief of staff Andriy Yermak said that attempts to align Friday's Istanbul meeting with the unsuccessful 2022 negotiation process will fail.

Russia has previously cast the current talks as a resumption of the 2022 process.
