If Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton becomes president, "there will be no hope for any Republican ever winning another election," conservative political commentator and author Ann Coulter told CNBC on Tuesday.

She explained that a Clinton victory ensures "amnesty for all illegal immigrants. We know that's 30-40 million. She's going to throw open the southern border. She's going to more than quadruple the number of Muslim refugees we bring in."

Such a large new electorate that will vote overwhelming Democrat for decades to come will mean, according to Coulter, that "there's no point to what I do, what talk radio hosts do, what Fox News does. Nobody goes to the game when you can't win."

Coulter, whose new book "In Trump We Trust" comes out on Tuesday and who was one of the few early on to predict a Trump victory in the primaries, said, however, that she thought the Republican nominee would also win the general election.

She said this was not due to his personality, but "because of his three main issues: immigration, ending the job-killing trade deals and ending these endless, pointless wars in the Middle East."

The Miami Herald reports another good reason Coulter has to doubt the polls that say Clinton will win.

"Trump has endured $75 million in negative ads from his opponents, and the news media universally hate him," says Coulter. "A lot of people would rather admit to being Nazi war criminals than to say they're voting for Trump. But once they're inside the voting booth, it's private — no one will ever know they voted for him."

She adds that many Trump voters are not even asked by pollsters, because they have been so alienated from American politics that they have never registered to vote before.

When asked on CNBC if she thought that Trump was correct when he said that the only way he would lose was if the elections was rigged, Coulter insisted that "any close election will be stolen by the Democrats."

She said this is the reason why large cities wait until last to report on Election Day, declaring, "Big city machines wait to see how many votes are needed. If they need to steal a million votes, they can't do it. If they need to steal 50,000, okay, they can do that with the voting machines like that . . .  I know Democrats who have done it."
