The latest cover of French satire magazine Charlie Hebdo depicts victims of Hurricane Harvey as neo-Nazis drowning in floodwaters.
The magazine posted an image of its Aug. 30 cover on Facebook this week:
Translated, the cover reads: "God Exists! He Drowned All the Neo-Nazis of Texas."
Charlie Hebdo is known for publishing controversial covers and cartoons. In 2015, radical Islamic terrorists stormed its Paris office and killed 12 people in response to jokes it made about Muhammad and leaders of the Islam religion.
Harvey made landfall in Texas last Friday night and has dumped more than four feet of rain on the Houston area, leaving massive flooding in its wake. It has since moved east to Louisiana, which is experiencing heavy rains and flooding as well.
More than 30 deaths have been attributed to the storm.
