Republican Mike Pence ripped Hillary Clinton on her private email server in Tuesday's vice presidential debate by telling her running mate Tim Kaine that "we can put cybersecurity first if we just make sure the next secretary of state doesn't have a private server."
In a tense exchange about national security, Kaine ripped Donald Trump's plans to cut back support to NATO and that the plan would "push aside your alliances.
"You push aside your alliances, who you are going to share intelligence with?" Kaine asked.
"We have an intelligence, sir, but I will also tell you it's important in this moment to remember that Hillary Clinton had a private server in her home that had classified information on it," Pence retorted.
Kaine responded that Clinton was not prosecuted by the Justice Department after being cleared by an FBI investigation.
"We can put cybersecurity first if we just make sure the next secretary of state doesn't have a private server," Pence said.
