White House: Pence Tests Negative, 'Remains in Good Health'

Vice President Mike Pence has tested negative for COVID-19, along with his wife, Karen, and "remains in good health," after President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump tested positive, a spokesman said Friday.

"As has been routine for months, Vice President Pence is tested for COVID-19 every day,"  Devin O’Malley, Pence's press secretary, said on Twitter.

"This morning, Vice President Pence and the Second Lady tested negative for COVID-19. Vice President Pence remains in good health and wishes the Trumps well in their recovery," O’Malley added.
