Former teenage heartthrob and actor Scott Baio, a well-known Hollywood conservative who campaigned for Ronald Reagan, is backing Donald Trump this cycle because he loves how he communicates with his supporters on what he's going to do as president.

"He speaks like I speak, he communicates with people very well. I want him, as any one person can do, to go into Washington and blow it up," the "Charles In Charge" and "Happy Days" actor told Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro on Saturday.

Baio also believes Trump is the one who can take the inevitable media pounding that faces any conservative.

"They’re going to attack whomever the Republican nominee is," he told Pirro, "and we need somebody to relentlessly, relentlessly attack Hillary. It’s the only way we’re going to win. I’m trying to be a classy guy, but to win elections nowadays, the Democrats and liberals attack viciously.

"Conservatives want you to live your life, liberals want you to live their life," Baio added.
