The 53-46 roll call Monday by which the Senate blocked action on a bill to prohibit federal funding of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

A "yes" vote is a vote to move ahead on the bill. Sixty "yes" votes were required to advance the bill.

Voting yes were 2 Democrats and 51 Republicans.

Voting no were 42 Democrats, 2 Republicans and 2 independents.
