The video references The Washington Post report that called Clinton's statements during a Fox News interview "untruthful."
The video presents clips of Clinton making claims about never receiving classified emails, then counters them with statements made by FBI Director James Comey.
At the bottom of the screen, a Clinton cartoon's nose grows throughout the video, referencing the fictional character Pinocchio, whose nose grew when he told a lie.
Trump's new attack on Clinton adopts a label used against him in the Republican primary, when rival Ted Cruz called him a "pathological liar."
Trump has targeted Clinton in recent tweets, including one that pointed out the amount of money Clinton has received from hedge funds.
