Donald Trump is leading the GOP pack in New Hampshire but Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz are closing the gap, according to the latest
Wall Street Journal/NBC News/Marist poll released Friday.
The rankings are:
Trump, 30 percent
Rubio, 17 percent
Cruz, 15 percent
John Kasich, 10 percent
Jeb Bush, 9 percent
Chris Christie, 4 percent
Ben Carson, 4 percent
Carly Fiorina, 2 percent
Some 7 percent of the likely GOP voters remain undecided.
Marist College conducted the telephone poll from Feb. 2-3, surveying 653 likely Republican primary voters, with margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 percentage points.
Trump holds leads with men, women by a smaller margin, and with young voters and those who do not have a college degree.
Republicans are set to debate again on Saturday. The Marist poll is one of a handful that shows Rubio rising to second after his strong third-place finish in Iowa on Monday.
