Trump Blasts National Review's Lowry: 'He Lost It'

Donald Trump continued his assault on media he sees as unfriendly to him, launching a Twitter tirade on the National Review's Rich Lowry for suggesting that Carly Fiorina "cut Trump's balls off with the precision of a surgeon" on Megyn Kelly's Fox News show Wednesday night.

“You can’t say that,” Kelly said, a bit shocked.

Trump agreed, tweeting:

Incompetent @RichLowry lost it tonight on @FoxNews. He should not be allowed on TV and the FCC should fine him!

Lowry took it in stride and tweeted later:

Trump continued complaining about the interview, saying that the FCC should fine Lowry for using a profanity.

But as CNN's Brian Stelter, a media correspondent, pointed out, that isn't likely to happen.

For the record, Trump saying the "FCC should fine" @RichLowry is a non-starter. FCC occasionally fines *broadcast* channels, but not cable.
