Obamacare has been in the crosshairs of Donald Trump since Day 1 of his candidacy, but the GOP nominee has stepped up his attacks in frequency and intensity since the news of rate hikes earlier this week.
Trump has tweeted out 11 attacks on Obamacare since President Barack Obama confirmed rate hikes, by 25 percent in some places, starting next year.

Trump has always gone big on the repeal part but been light on the details of replace since posting his plan to reform healthcare back in March.
At a rally Tuesday in Sanford, Florida, Trump said repealing Obamacare is Priority No. 1 and would be his first act as president.
Trump said he would "ask Congress to put a bill on my desk to get rid of this disastrous" program, adding "it will be so easy," WFTV reported.
