President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter on Sunday night for the third time of the day, alleging voter fraud in 3 states won by Hillary Clinton in the presidential election.

Early Sunday, Trump first took to Twitter to criticize Clinton for participating in the recount launched and funded by Green Party candidate Jill Stein.

Later in the day, Trump again took umbrage with the recount, first in Wisconsin, saying that he would have won the popular vote if he needed to, and in fact did win the popular vote, according to him.
