No sooner had Sean Spicer's resignation as White House press secretary become official Friday afternoon than speculation was rampant that more top administration resignations would follow.

Asked by Newsmax about a possible shake-up on the White House staff and reports of tension with National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, newly-named White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci would not rule out more departures by top staff.

"I honestly cannot answer that one way or another,” Scaramucci told us, “although I have enormous respect for Gen. McMaster. I'm not going to answer because I honestly don't know."

A day before Spicer's exit and the appointment of Scaramucci, the Associated Press cited three unnamed foreign officials saying McMaster had privately voiced disapproval of Trump's Russian policy.

According to the AP, “[t]he general specifically said he'd disagreed with Trump's decision to hold an Oval Office meeting in May with top Russian diplomats and with the president’s general reluctance to speak out against Russian aggression in Europe, according to the three foreign officials."
