Biden's Immigration Surrender

On Tuesday February 2, 2021, President Joe Biden with his executive order burst circumvented the legislative process. He signed three executive orders (EOs) that impact U.S. immigration immediately. These EOs are Biden's continued leftist migration toward making America a socialist nation, and a second-rate country at that.

A close study of Biden's first 19 days in office, including political appointments, OEs, and executive actions (EAs) suggestion that America may be a vassal state of China in the not too distant future.

Communist China, and to a lesser degree Russia, are the major beneficiaries of Biden's immigration EOs. Together with his 45 EOs and EAs, Biden slaps Americans in the face. He misled the American people with his benign and moderate campaign positions. His immediate acts as president reveal the real Joe Biden.

Biden knows his extreme socialist-oriented orders are meant to bypass Congress and its full debate. He wants just a socialist dictator-style governance and surrender of American sovereignty.

His immigration EOs remove barriers for a socialist open immigration agenda, such as removing President Trump's "Public Charge" test, (bars legal entry to immigrants who need public assistance), reinstituting "catch and release" policy (Obama era — releasing detained illegal aliens back into U.S. until a court hearing), illegal alien asylum-seekers are paroled into the country with an unresponsive distant hearing date, re-affirming the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and the list goes on.

Government records demonstrate that 80%-90% of illegal aliens paroled into the country fail to appear for their immigration status determination. Immigration judges are unable to force appearance. Then, it is for the government to spend resources to locate and apprehend the illegal aliens, which may take years, if ever.

All the while, these aliens are living as U.S. citizens assuming new identities or marrying U.S. citizens and having U.S. children to build-up equities in case they are ever caught by the authorities. A large number of the illegal aliens commit crimes. Maybe, the alien criminals will be punished, maybe not — depending on the local prosecutor.

Biden has reversed almost all Trump's immigration protection efforts.

In 2019, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit permitted the Trump administration to require asylum-seekers to stay in Mexico while their claims were adjudicated. (Innovation Law Lab v. McAleenan, 924 F3rd 503, 9th Cir. 2019)

This "Remain in Mexico" policy requiring asylum-seekers to stay in Mexico is known as Migration Protection Protocols (MPP). It is estimated that over 4,000 foreign nationals were returned to Mexico to await Immigration Court hearings.

Now, the undocumented aliens are already returning to America. No MPP.

Democrats and open-border advocates have assurances that Biden will open U.S. borders to any and all foreigners, period.

The people smugglers (foreign crime cartels and Communist China) are now moving the migrants groups of 10 to 150 to the border. The cartels and the Chinese are smart, very smart. They know that the Biden administration is relaxing immigration enforcement, relaxing immigration rules, and relaxing criminal penalties for those caught violating any U.S. law. These relaxations mean Biden's immigration plans are a bonanza to the enemies of the United States.

Many migrants are illegally crossing onto U.S. soil, then voluntarily surrender to Border Patrol agents, as a new surge began when Biden was inaugurated. About 4,000 border-crashers a day cross the Southern border or about 1,440,000 a year. The illegal migrants crash the system, literally and figuratively. The Border Patrol is unable to house all those apprehended, thus it is "catch and release" for the border-crashers.

These numbers do not count refugees.

Whether termed surge or assault or invasion, the thousands and thousands of illegal aliens crossing the Southern border each day is no mirage, it is a fact.

The American Bar Association (ABA) warned in its ABA 2019 Update Report, March 2019 of an "existential crisis" over the unprecedented surge in the number of immigration cases clogging up courts."

That is nothing compared to this 2021 surge. Now, all facets of immigration control are overtaxed. With "catch and release" about 120,000 persons a month settle into the country without congressional mandated "inspection." Without "inspection" means — no medical, no criminal background, and national security examinations.

Due to the overload of housing facilities and court schedules, the vast majority of migrants apprehended at all borders are freed to go wherever they wish. They are given a paper telling them to report for an immigration status hearing, most dates are 2-5 years in the future. Ninety percent or more fail to appear for a hearing.

In spite of the demonstrable and uncontroverted evidence, Socialist Democrat Congress members, open-border advocates, and their supporters continue to deny any immigration "surge" or "crisis." or "invasion" exists. They lie!

Democrats envision the United States as a perpetual socialist subservient entity.
