Biden's Border Malfeasance 'Crime Against Humanity'

President Joseph R. Biden's mental acquity has been questioned since early in his presidential campaign. His handlers successfully protected him "on the trail" by invoking the COVID-19 virus, for his anemic campaigning.

Over their first 100 days in office, Biden's handlers are pushing-out the Left's most-favored initiatives, and holding sway over American Border Policy. In an ironic twist, the Left's permissive attitude toward illegal immigration, is resulting in real, provable, human suffering for migrants at the Southern border. And, perversely, his border policy is threatening America's successful public-health recovery.

The 5,000 plus a day illegal aliens crossing the U.S. borders — South and North — makes a mockery of America's own COVID-19 public health crisis management.

It is estimated that in March 2021, approximately, 172,000 illegal aliens were apprehended at the Southern border. Best estimates are, that at least 3-4 times that many entered undetected. Biden and the Leftist Democrats couldn't care less.

Even a generally sympathetic newsmedia has observed the confused Biden policy in action. Recently, journalists were authorized to tour a Department of Human Services complex in Donna, Texas.

As reported by Chase Lawrence of World Socialist Web Site (WSWS), the DHS facility's capacity was 250 people, but was holding about 4,100 illegal minors. Reporter Lawrence concluded it was "a crime against humanity." Actually, it was a total of more than 5,000 persons.

The political Left — like the notorious Bolshevik Russia — is famous for eating their own. Fashionable among Progressives is the International Criminal Court at The Hague, which hears accusations of "crimes against humanity." In an era of social-distance, Biden's permissive border policy, at a minimum, brinks on international, public-health malfeasance.

How can Democrats justify their alarm about COVID-19 with a permissive policy to border control? On the one hand the Democrat-controlled Senate and House appear to be acquiescing to Biden's open-border philosophy, to appease their voting coalitions. Few Democrats can sense this contradiction and dereliction with Biden's open borders.

However, committed liberal Senator Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, confessed last week in an interview with PBS, that the cram-packed, socially-proximate DHS detention centers filled with illegals at the border are a "huge, huge concern," describing it as "a crisis."

As the incoherent Biden immigration policy blunders along, crime cartels have increased their drug and migrant smuggling, yet, Biden emphatically stopped construction of Trump's border-wall. New roads built to facilitate wall-construction over the past four years, now serve criminal cartels and human traffickers. One sheriff in Arizona flatly stated, "We just built roads for the cartels."

With 3,500-5,000 illegals apprehended every day, Border Patrol agents are overwhelmed with official paperwork of managing them, which, in turn, takes many agents "off the line."

Less tactical border protection makes America's borders are less secure. The number of unaccompanied children/minors that have crossed the border has grown so fast in his first 100 days, that Biden has no accurate number. Observably though, shelters are at capacity and relocation of the children/minors is helter-skelter.

In March, Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott laid the blame squarely with Biden: "The crisis at our southern border continues to escalate because of Biden administration policies that refuse to secure the border and invite illegal immigration." (Washington Examiner, 3/10/21, Emma Colton)

The Biden spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, says it is all Trump's fault, but "We have it under control."

There is no Biden border-control program — just chaos.

Since Vice President Kamala Harris was appointed " Immigration Czar" by President Biden an estimated 20,000 foreign nationals have entered the United States illegally, likely including agents of countries such as China, Cuba, Iran and Russia.

President Biden's public speeches routinely suffer from non-sequiturs or incoherent interruptions, giving ammunition to Biden's detractors that he is not in full command. Sadly, this echoes the incoherent messages that the American public are receiving from his aministration and the far Left which is running his policy-positions.

The Left demands that American taxpayers permit an unregulated influx of foreigners into our nation, with no public health screenings or standards, during a global Pandemic.

Meanwhile, Americans must observe all manner of social-distancing, mask-wearing and restricted travel, as illegals teem — body-against-body — at Border Patrol centers. In the midst of this confused logic running American immigration policy, foreign criminal cartels (who market human trafficking victims by the truckload) and foreign terrorists, enter freely.

A prominent observer of the immigration scene commented, "Biden proved to all of us, that it is possible to be a traitor and a moron at the same time."

The Biden-Harris presidential team and its Leftist-appointed cadre purposefully ignore the border crisis.

Why?

The obvious answer is the destruction of the United States of America. Biden, as all the world knows, is not mentally acute. He is mentally impaired. His handlers seek a radical political overhaul of America into s single party Socialist/Communist state.

The facts and actions of the "Democrat" party attest to this reality.
