Smile! As Masks Come Off, Suppression Ends

Masks are finally coming off on planes, trains, Ubers and everywhere else outside of Los Angeles public transit.

District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, siding with the Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc., determined that the mask mandate violated the Administrative Procedure Act. Judge Mizelle ruled that the mandate was outside the scope of the CDC's authority.

She deemed the mandate "arbitrary," "capricious," and enacted without going through the required notice and comment period for federal rulemaking. Thanks to good ol’ “45” paying close attention to the courts, the Constitution for one bright moment was properly considered and our rights protected.

Now, take a deep breath. Do it right now as you read. Drop your shoulders and smile.

Do you feel that big breath? Now, breathe again. Smile again. That’s America. That’s who we are.

Finally, America and her people can breathe freely. Freedom has overcome an abusive, punitive and controlling government using their control-based ideology to overrule basic science. The muzzling and oxygen deprivation has ended. Our great globally known “American Smile” is back.

Ironically, the Biden White House's first reaction was to grieve this loss of government power rather than celebrate the return to freedom. Seemingly sideswiped, Biden’s press secretary told reporters the administration was “reviewing the decision,” and that the Department of Justice would be making any determinations regarding litigation.

The dazed White House is still ignoring its citizens’ vitality and prosperity and obsessing over its own credibility and politics.

Judge Mizelle’s ruling left the Biden administration with mud on its masked face. Just days earlier, the Biden administration extended the mandate to May 3 for no credible reason and despite massive opposition from business leaders and even his own fellow Democrats.

Now returns one great tool in American life, our gregarious smile. It’s our known international joy.

Angry screeching leftists are the hate party. We conservatives represent the love party. Love your country, love your family, love nature, love guns and love individual freedom. Most importantly, love God and trust God before the government.

Be a happy warrior. Accentuate the positive. Love the LORD your God with all your heart, soul, strength and mind, and your neighbor as yourself.

Yes, the world is troubled. The Chinese signed a dangerous security agreement with the Solomon Islands. The Russian war on Ukraine is escalating with a radical absence of American statesmanship. Mexico opposes the American position toward Russia.

Inflation hovers nears 8%, its highest level in 50 years. Women’s sports are being decimated by transsexual accommodationists. Woke Disney lost its mind and legacy of innocence.

The Biden administration is preparing to strike down Title 42 at the already chaotic border. What is there to smile about?

Plenty. Liberalism is eating itself. Progressive leftism has failed. Democrats know they face a bloodbath in the 2022 midterm elections.

Former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis are as powerful and influential as ever. DeSantis just crushed Disney, removing its special tax breaks.

Elon Musk just purchased Twitter and has vowed to crack down on censorship and restore it to its original free speech platform position.

The COVID threat is waning. Natural immunity has kicked in. Shutdowns, masks, forced vaccinations and other draconian measures are dying. The people are surviving, not the anti-human lockdowns.

We are the happier party, and now have more reasons to maintain this joy.

Democrats offer their flaccid foreign policy, burgeoning border crisis and failing recessionary economy. All they have left to do is scream about their big four bogeymen of Trumpism, vaxism, climatism and racism.

Disagree, and you’re simply an unintelligent, regressive deplorable red state moron.

Real truth shines through our pre-midterm smiles guided by God, our highest of higher paths. With masks off, we can let it shine, let it shine, let it shine greater than before.

Even long before the pandemic, liberals have long known this truth well. That’s why masks needed to stay on as long as possible. They prefer the misery of masks in exchange for compliance, obedience and power.

NYU writers Jaime Napier and John Yost expressed it best in their column, “Why Are Conservatives Happier Than Liberals?”

They “consistently found conservatives (or right-wingers) are happier than liberals (or left-wingers). This ideological gap in happiness is not accounted for by demographic differences or differences in cognitive style. However, we found that the rationalization of inequality — a core component of conservative ideology — helps explain why conservatives are, on average, happier than liberals.”

The left are barreling toward the 2022 midterms failing miserably and frozen like deer in the headlights with no finalized, comprehensive strategy.

The end is near, and not for the GOP or conservatism.
