Cohen Raid Is More Government Misconduct

With the news that our so-called government raided the offices and home of President Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, and a ruling yesterday by federal judge Amy Berman Jackson, also an Obama appointee, keeping former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort unjustly under house arrest despite his willingness to post over $10 million in bond, the state of the nation has now risen to a dangerous level of government tyranny that we have not experienced since the days leading up to our revolution.

Notwithstanding that the Cohen raid violates sacrosanct norms of attorney-client privilege, something that means nothing to the feds in any event given their ongoing mass intelligence agency and FBI surveillance against the entire populace, including lawyers, by way of the USA Freedom Act and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act — two dangerous pieces of legislation put into effect by both establishment political parties who feel and act as if they are above Bill of Rights and the Constitution — there can be no doubt now that the citizenry now is living in an Orwellian police state.

The heck with the Russian fixation of Democrats and the left that President Trump, his family, and colleagues have colluded with Putin, it is our government law enforcement establishment which itself has morphed into the equivalent of the KGB and its former Soviet Union. The left, federal judges like Amy Berman Jackson, and those establishment Republicans like Senator Chuck Grassley, chair of the Judiciary Committee no less, who just this morning again warned the president not to fire anyone over this latest outrage, should themselves be held to account by We the People. They are literally destroying the vision and creation of our Founding Fathers.

And while the establishment federal law enforcement comprised of the intelligence agencies, the FBI, and its Department of Justice continues to work to bring down the one president who will stand up to their corrupted ways, this same bipartisan establishment plays games and looks the other way with regard to those among their elite club who truly have violated criminal statutes and harmed our nation.

Ask yourself, for instance, why We the People have been for years now subjected to the charade that Hillary Clinton’s allegedly destroyed 33,000-plus emails, which will evidence that she and her husband literally not just “sold out the country,” when the National Security Agency, which intercepts and keeps emails generated by all Americans for five years. Had anyone in the law enforcement establishment wanted to get access to these emails, they could have served a legitimate warrant or subpoena on the NSA.

So while President Trump, who has admittedly been wiretapped thanks to the use of a phony Steele Dossier, paid for by the Democrats and used by Mueller, and his lawyer Michael Cohen and former campaign manager Paul Manafort are subjected to Soviet KGB tactics violating their constitutional rights, the likes of Hillary Clinton walk off scot-free. But what also most sticks in my craw is that federal law enforcement has consistently lied to the American people that Clinton’s emails have been destroyed and cannot be obtained.

This is the real litmus test of where we are as a republic today! Under these dire and extreme circumstances, the president now has a “free pass” to finally clean house at the Department of Justice and finally fire not just Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and yes Special Counsel Robert Mueller for their actions, which have severely damaged our democracy.

If left unchecked as we face crises in the Middle East, now Syria in particular, and North Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the nation is headed the way of ancient Rome and Greece. There is a rot not just in our law enforcement and intelligence agency establishments, but our entire body politics is now on life support.
