If Jan. 5 Mirrors Nov. 3, Can Loeffler and Perdue Prevail in Ga.?

Republican senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue must win their January 5 runoff election in Georgia.

But can they?

If Loeffler and Perdue prevail, they will be either two more votes for President Trump’s America First agenda, should his litigation secure him a second term.

If Joe Biden becomes president, they will become emergency brakes against the stalwart-liberal Delawarean and his hard-Left team as they speed America ever-closer to the cliff’s edge.

If Loeffler and Perdue lose, however, and Biden is inaugurated, radical Raphael Warnock and boy-socialist Jon Ossoff will elect Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., majority leader.

Biden, Schumer, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi — the three horsepersons of the apocalypse — will unleash a parade of far-Left plagues that will balloon the federal government, persecute Republicans, and install a long-term, Democrat, one-party state, yielding:

•No more filibuster

•D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood, with — very likely — four more Democrat senators, forever.

•The Green New Deal

•Medicare for All

•Permanent mail-in ballots and institutionalized vote fraud

•A packed, Left-wing Supreme Court to bless this mess.

Georgia’s Republicans, independents, and thinking Democrats must stop this socialist Armageddon.

But can they?

The November election’s alleged shenanigans and illegalities should terrify every American.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, R-Ga., is probing 250 cases of possible vote fraud.

Affidavits by numerous eyewitnesses confirm suspicious — if not criminal — behavior before, during, and after Election Day.

If this purported corruption stays uncleansed, Loeffler and Perdue could be doomed — no matter how vital their cause, how brilliant their campaign, nor how genuine their victory at the ballot box.

If Jan. 5 mirrors Nov. 3, things could devolve quickly.

As Jordan Davidson chronicled in The Federalist, a lawsuit filed by President Trump and the Georgia GOP detailed "voting irregularities and fraud sufficient in scale to place the election result in doubt," as state Republican chairman David Shafer said, at the litigation’s launch. This alleged crookedness includes:

•92 absentee ballots cast before voters requested them

•217 voters whose absentee ballots were "applied for, issued, and received all on the same day."

•395 voters who also cast general-election ballots outside Georgia

•1,043 people who claimed to reside inside Post Office boxes

•2,560 felons

•10,315 dead people

•66,247 voters under 18

•305,701 voters who requested absentee ballots after the deadline

Assuming no overlaps, these 386,570 votes alone are almost 33 times Biden’s 11,769-vote margin of "victory." Absent these bogus ballots, President Trump comfortably wins Georgia.

Affidavits in Wood v. Raffensperger, et al suggest something deeply sinister: identical ballots seemingly filled mechanically, not manually.

•Susan Voyles audited the recount at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center on November 14. "Most of the ballots had already been handled; they had been written on by people, and the edges were worn," her sworn, signed, and notarized affidavit stated. "However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper — it was as if they were intended for absentee use but had not been used for that purpose. There was a difference in the feel."

"There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed," Voyles noted.

"In my 20 years’ of experience of handling ballots, I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device…approximately 98% constituted votes for Joseph Biden. I only observed two of these ballots as votes for President Donald J. Trump."

Voyles determined that recount "operations were sloppy and led me, in the case of at least one box I reviewed, to believe that additional absentee ballots had been added in a fraudulent manner."

•"I am a registered Democrat," Carlos E. Silva declared in his Nov.17 affidavit. Two days earlier, he observed DeKalb County’s recount at a precinct in Stonecrest, Georgia. He watched two women counting ballots at a table. "I noticed that they all had a perfect black bubble and were all Biden select. I was able to observe the perfect bubble for a few minutes before they made me move away from the table." Silva continued, "I heard them go through the stack and call out Biden’s name over 500 times in a row."

On Nov. 16, Silva oversaw the Cobb County recount in Marietta. "I observed absentee ballots being reviewed with the same perfect bubble that I had seen the night before at DeKalb County. All of these ballots had the same two characteristics: they were all for Biden and had the same perfect black bubble."

"I also saw absentee ballots for Trump inserted into Biden’s stack and were counted as Biden votes," Silva elaborated. "I also observed throughout my three days in Atlanta, not once did anyone verify signatures on these ballots. In fact, there was no authentication process in place and no envelopes were observed or allowed to be observed."

"I have reached the conclusion that in the counties I have observed, there is widespread fraud favoring candidate Biden only," Silva wrote. "There were thousands of ballots that just had the perfect bubble marked for Biden and no other markings in the rest of the ballot."

•"I am a registered Democrat," Mayra L. Romera said on Nov. 17 in her affidavit.

The previous day, she observed the Cobb County recount in Marietta, Georgia. She noticed that "hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, with no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made (all within the circle), only observed selections in black ink, and all happened to be selections for Biden." She added, " . . . signatures were not being verified and there were no corresponding envelopes seen in site." Romera concluded "under penalty of perjury" … "I believe there was fraud was [sic] committed in the presidential election . . . "

Brian Kemp has been listless throughout all of this. His attitude seems to be, "Who am I to get involved?"

That answer is easy: Brian Kemp is Georgia’s Republican governor.

As such, he can and should summon the Republican-controlled state legislature immediately into special session to disinfect Georgia’s elections:

a.) New voters must register at least three weeks before Election Day, so officials can confirm their eligibility.

b.) Voter rolls must be continuously purged of ineligible, relocated, and deceased voters.

c.) Absentee ballots should be available by request, only among those too frail or far to vote in person on Election Day.

d.) Mass-mail-in ballots must be verboten.

e.) Ballot harvesting must be kaput.

f.) Unsupervised, vulnerable ballot-drop boxes should be banned, pried from sidewalks, and melted into steel ingots.

g.) Chain-of-custody documents with multiple, bipartisan signatures must accompany ballot boxes lest they remain uncounted. No more suitcases full of ballots magically popping up beneath covered tables or, as reportedly happened in upstate New York on Tuesday, inside a drawer — five weeks after Election Day.

h.) Every citizen must present a government-issued photo ID card to vote (or a copy, with each absentee ballot). Anyone who needs one will get one, free.

i.) All ballots must be received before polls close on Election Day. Period.

j.) Require that Democrat and GOP observers verify that signatures on absentee and mail-in ballots match those on file. Currently, a sole observer can authorize ballots.

k.) Party challengers and journalists may observe everything — from precinct opening to ballot tabulation — with neither interference nor intimidation.

GOP lawmakers should send Kemp such a clean-election bill for his prompt signature.

Georgians then could vote with far greater confidence that their choices will not be neutralized by bogus ballots.

Right now, Peach State Trump supporters have at least 386,570 reasons to think otherwise. Heaven help us all if Loeffler and Perdue voters get that same sinking feeling come Jan. 6 or 7.

A Loeffler/Perdue triumph on Election Day could vanish if the same purportedly corrupt, fraudulent conditions remain that led to Joe Biden’s Peach State “victory” last month.
