Hollywood actor Vin Diesel is pledging his support for the Venezuelan people as they deal with a political uprising.
The 51-year-old posted a video on Instagram on Thursday, saying he and his "Fast and Furious" co-star Michelle Rodriguez support the Venezuelans.
"I and my partner in crime want to say a message to Venezuela. We are with you always, y pa' lante con fe," Diesel said.
Roughly translated, "y pa' lante con fe" means "move forward with faith."
Juan Guaido, the new leader of Venezuela's National Assembly, declared himself the country's interim president this week. Current President Nicolas Maduro still claims to be in charge, which has sparked an international incident.
The United States recognizes Guaido as the new president, while Russia and Turkey believe Maduro is still president.
