House Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman Adam Schiff on Saturday rebuffed President Donald Trump's assertion that his panel concluded that his campaign did not collude with Russia — cautioning: "When accusing others of lying, best not to misrepresent facts yourself."
"We did find evidence of collusion, despite GOP members being more interested in protecting you than learning the truth," the California Democrat said in his post:
In his tweet Saturday, Trump noted that the House committee closed its Moscow probe on Monday and railed against "leaking, lying and corruption at the highest levels" of the FBI, the Justice Department and the State Department.
Schiff noted in his tweet that "only Republicans" on his committee announced that the investigation was ending.
