The first Democratic presidential debates are set for downtown Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts on June 26 and 27, according to NBC News.
The network news, along with MSNBC and Telemundo will broadcast the two-night event.
Twenty candidates will participate – 10 each night. Those candidates need to either register at least 1% support in at least three polls or collect at least 65,000 online donations.
At least 18 candidates have qualified so far, NBC News reported.
The Arsht Center opened in 2006 and stages nearly 400 events each year.
