A key Republican preparing to grill HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius this week about issues plaguing the Obamacare rollout said answers will be demanded about the cost of the crippled system and how much more money is needed to fix the glitches.
Rep. Marsha Blackburn, Tennessee Republican and vice chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, told "Fox News Sunday" the panel wants to know how the Obama administration will address privacy concerns that individual information is not being protected.
"The incompetence in building this website is staggering," Blackburn said.
Asked by host Chris Wallace if Sebelius should resign, Black said "We want her to talk with us before she is out the door."

California Democratic Rep. Xavier Becerra agreed there needs to be accountability to determine what went wrong, whether the fault lies with the White House, Sebelius, the computer programmers or Congress, but that the priority should be to repair the system, not dismantle the law.
"The important thing now is that we fix the website, not fixate on the website," Becerra said.
"The most important thing is to tell us when [Sebelius] really believes that we're going to have the website up and running the way it should," Becerra said.
"That's going to be important because you want to give people the time to look over their choices, so when they do decide, they're ready to go," Becerra said.
However, with major corporations like Kaiser Permanente cancelling employee policies because their program does not meet Obamacare standards, hundreds of thousands of Americans will only have a few weeks to purchase a new insurance package in order to be covered by the first of the year.
Blackburn is sponsoring legislation to delay implementation, and nearly a dozen Democratic Senators are voicing support to suspend the program until the glitches are resolved.
But Becerra said that as long as those employees whose coverage was cancelled sign up by Dec. 15, "you're set."
"That's the good news," Becerra said.
