D'Souza's New Movie Warns Against 'Hillary's America'

Author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza has served his term in a halfway house for campaign finance violations and has a new documentary due this summer warning against a United States led by Hillary Clinton.

A trailer for the film, "Hillary's America," was released Saturday, and begins with re-enacted scenes of D'Souza in confinement.

"It all began when the Obama administration tried to shut me up," says D'Souza. Though he admitted to having friends funnel money into a New York Senate race so he could go around campaign donation limits, legal experts from both sides of the political aisle have said such cases typically result in a fine and not any kind of imprisonment.

But D'Souza says his time locked up gave him time to learn something: "All crime is about stealing."

But, he said, "The big criminals are still at large," as video is shown of Clinton defending the deletion of emails from her private email server.

"The system doesn't go after them – because they run the system," D'Souza says.

The trailer goes through a history of the Democrats supporting slavery and the Ku Klux Klan. Today, the trailer hints, Democrats are using black people to enrich their own political power.

"What if the goal of the Democratic Party is to steal the most valuable thing the world has ever produced?" D'Souza asks. "What if their plan is to steal America?"

The film is set to open in July and follows "2016: Obama's America" and "America: Imagine the World Without Her."
