The hack of members of the Democratic Party is larger than originally believed, with more than 100 officials and groups falling victim, The New York Times reports.
The FBI has started to notify "a long list" of Democratic officials that Russian hackers may have gotten into their personal accounts, according to the Times.
Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's campaign officials and party operatives and organizations appear to be the top targets. The hack originally was known only to have hit the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee, including a voter analytics program.
It now appears that the Democratic Governors' Association is among those hacked.
