Donald Trump Jr. trolled Jane Fonda on Twitter after she gave an emphatic "no" to whether she was proud of America today.

President Donald Trump's eldest son tweeted Tuesday:

The outspoken actress unloaded during an interview on BBC's "Hardtalk" show in which she decried that Democrats had lost the working class voters who'd once been the base of the party.

The remark comes at the 19:32-minute mark.

Asked by the host "Ar you proud of America today," Fonda replied: "No!"

"But, I'm proud of the resistance," she said. "I'm proud of the people who are turning out in unprecedented numbers and continue over and over and over again to protest what Trump is doing. I'm very proud of them, that core."

Earlier in the broadcast, Fonda also said she doesn't regret going to North Vietnam in 1972 — but does regret appearing at an anti-aircraft ceremony that made her look like she was "siding with the enemy."

She said she still receives much criticism for the photo seen around the world, which she was derisively nicknamed "Hanoi Jane" — but that she also gets letters from vets who say they've forgiven her.
